Engineering & Design
We design and build bare shelters, integrated shelters, and special projects. Every project brings together mechanics and integrated systems: power distribution, air conditioning, lighting, equipment racks, and power and signal cabling.
Our design work begins with an analysis of the technical and operational requirements and carries through to the complete definition of the project, with solutions adaptable to each client’s specific needs. We follow the project through every stage — from concept to production.
Integrated Logistic Support
We support the client in managing logistic support throughout the system’s life cycle. The goal is to ensure that every product stays operational. Logistic support is planned from the earliest phases of the project. This approach reduces downtime, simplifies field maintenance activities, and optimizes resource requirements over time.
We manage the procurement of spare parts, ensuring that components are available when and where they are needed. Support also extends to managing the technical documentation and providing field assistance, keeping systems in a state of operational readiness throughout their service life.
Training & Technical Instruction
We provide training programs for operators and maintainers, tailored to the specific characteristics of the systems delivered.
The courses cover both the operation and the maintenance of the systems. Training can be delivered at our facilities, at the client’s premises, or directly in the field.
We produce all the supporting technical documentation: operating manuals, maintenance manuals, and technical publications, prepared in accordance with the standards required by the contract. The material is structured for direct use in the field, with clear language and an organization that mirrors actual operating procedures.
Qualification
From the very start of each program, we agree with our clients on the methods for qualifying and certifying the systems, beginning with the definition of the qualification and final acceptance test plan. Depending on the client’s requirements, we carry out MIL-STD compliance testing in-house or assign it to certified laboratories.
Teknel guarantees a high quality standard across its design and production processes, backed by EN 9100, ISO 3834, and UNI EN 1090 certifications.
